The space includes a hydraulic couch, sharps and clinical waste disposal, and 24/7 access so you can work around your clients’ needs.
Located in a great area with weekday reception support and free parking, it’s the perfect base for therapists who want a professional environment without the stress of managing a full salon.

Availability & Pricing
The treatment room is available to rent on an ad-hoc or rolling basis, giving you the flexibility to work in a way that suits your schedule.
Ad-hoc bookings are available on Sundays, all day Monday and Tuesday, and Wednesdays until 3pm.
Ad-hoc rates:
£100 for a full day (6am–10pm)
£70 for a daytime session (9am–6pm)
£50 for a short day or evening (9am–3pm or 5pm-10pm)
Rolling rental options:
1 full day per week: £250 per month
2 full days per week: £450 per month
All rolling rentals include bills, fast Wi-Fi, and 24/7 access. A key deposit, one month’s deposit, and one month’s rent in advance are required. All payments are made in advance, and please note that refunds are not available.
Please note: The room isn’t available for facial treatments, as this service is offered exclusively within the salon.
